About these terms
These terms govern your use of the FLICK GEAR website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who you are buying from
FLICK GEAR is a gaming mousepad and mouse skate brand run by its founder, Rohan Ledwani, and sold through flickgear.in. You can reach us at shop@flickgear.in or through the contact page.
Who can buy
Our products are for everyone, and there is no minimum age to shop with us. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order and pay for it, because a person under 18 cannot enter into a binding contract on their own, and their personal data needs a parent or guardian's consent.
Products and product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can vary slightly between screens. Ratings such as glide, stopping power and control come from our own hands-on testing, done the same way across the range. They are not laboratory measurements and they are not a promise of how a product will perform for you, because feel also depends on your mouse, sensitivity, grip and desk. We may update specifications as products improve.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
If we spot an obvious pricing or listing error after you have ordered, we will tell you and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. Your bank or payment provider may decline a payment, and we are not responsible for that decision. If something goes wrong with a payment, it is refunded automatically, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm that it has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within India only. Orders usually dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive within 2 to 7 days depending on where you live. Shipping is free on orders over ₹2000; otherwise a flat fee of ₹100 applies.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by couriers, weather, public holidays and other things outside our control. The goods are at your risk once they are delivered. Please check your package when it arrives, and if anything is damaged, tell us within 7 days as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations, replacements and refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled by you once they are placed, and we do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged and you tell us within 7 days of delivery, we replace it. If an order is lost in transit and never reaches you, email us and we will work out a refund with you. If there is a problem with a payment, it is refunded automatically within 7 days. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Everything on the site, including the FLICK GEAR name and logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything else, including copying, reselling or using our marks, needs our written permission.
Using the site
Please do not use the site to break the law, to try to get unauthorised access to it or to other people's accounts or data, to scrape it or send automated requests in a way that harms its performance, to submit false information, or to interfere with its security. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or gaming results, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it. The site is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites such as Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would like to sort out any problem with you directly first, so please contact us or our Grievance Officer (details in the Privacy Policy) before taking any other step. Subject to your right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission that has jurisdiction where you live or work, any dispute arising from these terms will be decided by the courts in India that have jurisdiction over it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. An order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
